Job Description
Join One Jump Inc. as a Business Development Intern or Associate. You will find the teams whose work depends on getting documents and decisions exactly right, start the conversation, and carry it to a technical call. You are not cold-calling a product nobody can check: our results are published on public leaderboards, and the first thing you send a prospect is proof they can verify themselves.
Sell something provable: One Jump holds the world record on Databricks' OfficeQA benchmark — 100% accuracy, 246 of 246 questions, where the next-best public agent scores 46.3% — and the #1 spot on the NetArena benchmark for automated infrastructure repair.

"One Jump develops deep-learning systems, neural-network infrastructure, and advanced analytics for high-stakes financial research. Our financial research agent holds the OfficeQA world record with 100% accuracy across 246 questions."
Key Responsibilities
- Research and qualify target accounts across financial data, banking and lending, audit and advisory, asset management, and platform teams.
- Write and send outreach that leads with verifiable proof rather than adjectives, and follow up on a disciplined cadence.
- Book and prepare technical calls, then hand off cleanly to the founder with context the prospect already shared.
- Keep the CRM accurate: every contact, stage, next action, and due date.
- Support partner and marketplace channels, including cloud marketplaces and technology partner programs.
- Represent One Jump at Bay Area events and conferences, and turn conversations into tracked follow-ups.
- Report honestly on what is and is not working, so messaging improves every week.
Requirements
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in any field; business, economics, communications, or a technical discipline all work.
- Clear, concise writing. You can explain a technical result to a non-technical buyer in three sentences.
- Genuine curiosity about AI and enough technical comfort to hold an intelligent first conversation.
- Organized and self-directed: you track your own pipeline and follow up without being reminded.
- Comfortable with rejection and persistent without being a nuisance.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, or prospect research is a plus.
- Honest and careful with company claims: we only say what we can prove.
- Open to candidates with OPT/CPT.
