Job Description
One Jump Inc. is seeking a proactive Public Relations Intern to craft and coordinate external communications that amplify our brand and products. You will help plan campaigns, write and schedule content, and measure performance across email, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other channels. You will also support client outreach and thought-leadership initiatives, partnering closely with founders and product leads to ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and on-brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute communication campaigns for product updates, launches, partnerships, and hiring.
- Write, edit, and schedule emails (newsletters, announcements, client outreach) with clear CTAs.
- Manage LinkedIn communication: company posts, founder spotlights, employee advocacy, and DMs.
- Create platform‑native content for Instagram and Facebook (posts, carousels, short‑form video outlines).
- Coordinate client and partner outreach sequences; maintain lead lists and track responses.
- Draft press materials (briefs, boilerplates, media one‑pagers) and maintain messaging house style.
- Monitor metrics (opens, CTR, engagement, reach) and propose experiments based on results.
- Maintain a content calendar; ensure brand consistency across channels and assets.
- Collaborate with product/design on visuals; prepare assets and captions for each platform.
- Research industry conversations and surface timely opportunities for thought leadership.
Qualifications
- Clear, concise writer with a strong eye for narrative, headlines, and calls‑to‑action.
- Experience drafting social posts and emails; familiarity with tone and audience adaptation.
- Comfort with basic content tools (e.g., Google Workspace; optional: Canva/Figma, Buffer/Hootsuite).
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage a calendar of deliverables.
- Analytical mindset; able to read simple metrics and suggest iterative improvements.
- Self‑starter who communicates proactively and meets deadlines.
- Nice to have: prior exposure to B2B SaaS or startups; basic video editing or visual design skills.
