License and terms
License and terms.
A plain-English summary of the Early Adopter API license. Your countersigned order form, and any MSA, govern.
Early Adopter · $20,000
Early Adopter API license.
Summary — the signed order form governs
Six months of API access for one team and one workflow, with development support. Here is what the license lets you do, and what it doesn't.
-
Who can license
Verified businesses. Keys are issued after business verification and a countersigned order. We may decline an order and refund it in full before any keys are issued.
-
What you can do
Use the API and its outputs in your own business, for the team and workflow in your order form, during the term.
-
What you can't do
- Reverse engineer, decompile or probe the service to reconstruct how it works.
- Use outputs to build or improve a product or service that competes with One Jump.
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute outputs as a dataset or feed (that needs a platform license).
- Share keys outside your organization.
- Exceed or work around your usage limits.
-
Keys and usage
Per-key limits and the included token allowance are set in your order form, and usage is metered in tokens*. Access is logged; we may suspend a key for misuse after notice, or immediately if there is a security risk. The signed order form governs.
*Token counts include calculation and document-processing tokens: alongside the text each answer reads and writes, the calculations and document processing it runs are counted as token-equivalents. One rate for every token. Answers that fail or come back empty aren’t charged, and no single answer is charged more than 2 million tokens. Most questions use between half a million and two million tokens.
-
Your data
Used only to provide the service to you; never used to improve the service for another customer; retention per your order form. More on the Trust page.
-
Outputs
Research assistance for review by qualified staff; not investment advice.
-
Term and renewal
Six months from credential issue. Renew for another six months at $20,000 on the same terms, including development support, or move to Enterprise. The signed order form governs. Keys are revoked when the license ends.
-
Payment
$20,000 by card, ACH, wire or purchase order; no discounts below published licenses.
-
Precedence
