01 · Your data
What happens to your documents and questions.
In plain terms. The exact commitments are written into your order form.
- Used only to provide the service to you. Your documents and questions are processed to answer your questions.
- Never used to improve the service for another customer.
- Retention is set in your order form. When your term ends, we delete your documents on request.
- The data flow is documented for every option. Enterprise deployments can run in your own environment — the security pack shows the data flow for each option, including any service providers involved.
Personal information from our website, forms, scheduling and payments is covered by our Privacy Policy. Documents you send through the API are governed by your order form and, for Enterprise, your DPA.
02 · Deployment
Four ways to run it.
Early Adopter is hosted by One Jump. Enterprise is scoped with you during discovery, and the data flow for the option you choose is documented before you sign.

Enterprise deployments in your own cloud account, delivered as signed, encrypted releases.

Run in your own data center. Scoped with you after discovery, with what crosses your network boundary shown in the data-flow diagram before you sign.
Any license
From your AI platform
Already run an internal AI platform or assistant? Call the API from it and get structured answers and evidence back for your own interface, agents and pipelines.
Releases for your environment are delivered as signed, encrypted containers; a release that has been altered, or keyed to someone else, is rejected.
New versions ship only after passing your agreed test set, and every release decision is logged. Data-flow details for each option are in the security pack.
03 · Security review
We complete your vendor security review.
Your questionnaire or a standard one, an architecture review, and support for your penetration testing. We don't claim certifications we don't hold — ask us for current status.

Early Adopter starts within days. For Enterprise, security, model-risk and procurement reviews run in parallel with discovery, so they don't add weeks at the end.
Early Adopter $20,000 · self-serve

2. Verify and sign
We verify your business and countersign your order form.
3. Kickoff and keys
Keys per environment; your documents loaded.
4. Prove and build
Acceptance plan in week one; six months of development support.
Enterprise $1,000,000 · contract-first
1. Call and NDA
A 30-minute call; mutual NDA by e-signature.
2. Discovery and acceptance test
Documents, systems and deployment; pass criteria in writing.
3. Reviews and contract
Security, model-risk and procurement in parallel; MSA, order form and DPA.
4. Deploy and accept
Run the test on your documents; milestone invoices as set in your order form; twelve months of support.
